Danish FSA announces new requirements for fund names

The upcoming legal requirements force asset managers to invest in line with the fund’s name.

Using words such as ”sustainable” and ”ESG” in the names of investment funds imposes certain obligations, says the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA), which recently announced new regulations from pan-European supervisory authority ESMA.
