Two Verdane employees charged with insider trading

13 Norwegians and twelve Swedes were arrested last week and charged with illegal insider trading. Among the accused are two employees of the Norwegian private equity manager Verdane, which manages companies with a value of around NOK 75bn (EUR 6.6bn). One of them is a senior employee.
